Return & Exchange Policy
At Stem to Stem Flowers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Purchases and Delivery
We take pride in creating unique and personalised flower arrangements for our customers. As all of our are made to order, we kindly ask for a minimum of one week notice for all orders. Additionally, our delivery fee varies based on location as we produce our flower bouquets in the heart of our home.
